Sophie is an award-winning crisis management consultant with more than 25 years’ experience of delivering crisis planning, consultancy and training for leading organisations around the world.
Driven by a passion to prevent the needless harm caused by a mis-handled crisis, she works with senior leadership teams across five continents to ensure they have the capability and confidence to do and say the right things under the intense pressure of a crisis.
An empathetic trainer, she has developed and delivered cyber-themed crisis exercises and simulations for organisations ranging from multinational law firms and retailers to mining companies and financial services providers.
She has also created crisis management plans and policies for multiple businesses and her aim is to equip everyone she works with with the skills they need to protect reputation and retain stakeholder trust when the worst happens.
Prior to joining Insignia, Sophie worked for leading global consultancies Porter Novelli and Burson Marsteller.
