Mrs Gilly Crichton is a Justice of the Peace and a senior presiding magistrate in Surrey. She has over 20 years of court experience and additionally sits as a Youth Magistrate and in the county’s Crown Court. Appointed as a ‘Digital Champion’ she supports the Ministry of Justice in its ‘digitization of the justice system’ nationwide roll-out programme. Chairing the Magistrates Association in Surrey, she steered the organisation to the National ‘Gold’ award receiving the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal in 2012. She is a member of the Chartered Quality Institute, the Security Institute and the Institute of Directors and has received a European Award for
Business Development. Gilly is a founder and director of the specialist resilience consultancy TriTectus. Gilly is the Managing Director of the newly formed Association of Super Recognisers (ASR).
